Vendor Information

The vending area is located indoors, inside the main performance space — vendors can safely and comfortably watch and hear the show from their spot all weekend.

There is no separate vendor fee. If you want to vend at Emissions, purchase your festival pass and reserve a space in advance.

Space is limited, curated, and must be approved ahead of time.

Reserved spaces only Vendor spots are limited and assigned in advance so the room stays organized and the setup works with the show.

Curated vendors We want the vending area to add to the event — records, shirts, posters, art, zines, handmade goods, and other merchandise that fits the heavy underground.

Festival pass required Each vendor must purchase a general admission ticket. There is no separate booth charge. If you feel the need to donate to the cause, cool. If not, that's also cool. We want happy people.

Tell us your setup Let us know what you plan to sell and what kind of setup you need so we can place you properly.

Vendor guidelines

Each vendor must purchase a festival pass for entry.
Vendor space must be reserved in advance.
All vendor spots are limited and subject to approval.
We reserve the right to decline vendors or merchandise that are not a fit for the event.
Vendors are responsible for their own sales, setup, breakdown, and compliance.
Emissions from the Monolith, Westside Bowl, and their agents, are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Why Vend at Emissions?

Emissions draws a dedicated underground community of heavy music fans — people who buy records, shirts, art, gear, and strange cool things directly from the source. This is a DIY-driven audience that values authenticity and supports the culture they are part of.

We are looking for vendors who make the event better: independent labels, poster artists, clothing and patch makers, printmakers, zines, and one-of-a-kind creators connected to the scene.

We are keeping it selective on purpose. We would rather have a small number of strong vendors than a row of random tables.
