About the Band
SHUN is a four-piece heavy, atmospheric post-rock band from the Western Carolinas (Greenville, SC / Asheville, NC) comprised of Matt Whitehead (Throttlerod), Jason Ward (Irata), Jeff Baucom, and Bo Leslie (Throttlerod). In 2024, Shun reteamed Small Stone and with J Robbins for their follow-up record, Dismantle, this time recording at J’s Magpie Cage studio in Baltimore, Maryland.
