About the Band
Formed in winter 2024 "O.I.L. are punishing sludge metal monolith from the steel city of Pittsburgh, PA. The band are loud, intense, and chock full of vehement nihilism. Every filthy riff, every piercing shard of unhinged feedback is all enveloped in a cloak of hatred for the human race. Every guttural yell is projected by a self deprecating maniac with contempt for everyone and everything." They have released an EP titled “Real Motherfucker Blues” on Noxious Ruin in summer 2025 and are working on a 3-way split and LP coming and whatever else coming soon.
