About the Band
Since their formation in 2004, Generation of Vipers have been crafting some of the most crushing and emotionally visceral music in the world of heavy sludge, noise rock and metal.
With their newest record “Guilt Shrine”, the band’s fifth studio album and first in 10 years, Generation of Vipers have delivered the most aggressive and introspective music they have written to date.
Guilt Shrine was recorded and mixed by longtime friend Kurt Ballou at God City Studios (High On Fire, Converge, Gatecreeper, Cave In, etc.) and released on Translation Loss Records.
Generation of Vipers is comprised of drummer Billy Graves, guitarist/vocalist Josh Holt and Travis Kammeyer.
